As a Registered Dietitian, Julianna is passionate about helping individuals build a healthier relationship with food while supporting their unique nutrition needs. Her primary areas of practice include gastrointestinal health and eating disorders, where she enjoys partnering with clients to create sustainable, individualized approaches to nutrition and well-being.
One of her favorite aspects of being a dietitian is the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life. She values the relationships built through nutrition counseling and love learning about different cultures, traditions, and recipes along the way.
Outside of work, Julianna enjoys staying active through running, strength training, and swimming. When she's not moving, you can often find me reading a good book, singing karaoke, or spending time with my two adorable cats.
Julianna looks forward to helping you navigate your nutrition journey with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based care.

Dineen is a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people feel confident and at peace with food. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics from Rowan University. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including as a campus dietitian, in long-term care facilities, eating disorder and behavioral health IOP/PHP programs, and outpatient counseling.
Dineen specializes in supporting clients navigating eating disorders, women's health concerns, plant-based lifestyles, heart health, and digestive issues. Her approach is compassionate, individualized, and focused on creating realistic, sustainable changes that honor both health and quality of life. She believes food should be a source of nourishment and joy rather than stress, and she is dedicated to helping clients build a balanced, freeing relationship with food.
Dineen believes that nutrition is deeply personal and that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health and wellness. She takes a patient-centered approach, listening first to understand each individual's unique needs, goals, and experiences. By combining evidence-based nutrition guidance with compassion and flexibility, she helps clients make meaningful changes that fit their lifestyles, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.
She practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective, supporting clients in developing healthier relationships with food and their bodies without rigid rules, restriction, or guilt. Whether guiding someone through eating disorder recovery, navigating women's health and hormonal changes, transitioning to a vegan or vegetarian lifestyle, or addressing digestive concerns, Dineen's goal remains the same: to empower clients with knowledge, help them reconnect with and trust their bodies, and support lasting wellness from the inside out.

In Loving Memory
Josie

Josie was a constant presence in both my life and my work. If you’ve ever visited my office, you may remember the gray chair pictured to the right. That chair became Josie’s. On his visits, after hopping around for a bit, he would settle there for the rest of the day, quietly listening and keeping company.
Josie had a way of making people smile without trying. He was curious, strong-willed, a little mischievous, and deeply comforting in his own way. His calm presence was felt by many, and I’m grateful that so many of you were able to meet him.
He was my sister Melanie’s bunny and my bunny Phil’s best friend. He will always be remembered as part of this space and my practice. I would always joke that I had to add him to my payroll.
Josie’s presence will remain part of the culture and care of this practice.

Meet Sarah- Artist Behind the Mural
We’re proud to feature a custom mural at our business, created by local artist Sarah, a recent graduate of Montgomery High School. Sarah designed and painted the mural entirely herself, bringing incredible creativity and energy to the space.
Working with her was a great experience—she took the time to understand our vision and turned it into something truly special. The mural has quickly become one of the most talked-about features in our space, and we love the personality it adds to the environment.
We’re excited to have been part of Sarah’s early journey as an artist, and we’re looking forward to seeing where her talent takes her next.
